Sliding Scale and Access
This fee scale is listed in five tiers and influenced by the Green Bottle Model of (Alexis J. Cunningfolk) and the Anti-Oppressive Rate Questionnaire shared by Oumou Sylla. This document was co-created by a group of anti-oppressive healers, coaches, and radical organizational influences. This scale allows those with greater social/financial advantages to supplement the fees of lower-paying folx. Investing in healing per your true circumstances is a way we all fight racialized capitalism together.
Keep a tally of the number of "yes's" and "no's" you have to the following questions. Please note that we are not attempting to rank people’s inherent worth or existence – no experience is more valid than any other. These circumstances are listed because they often affect access to resources. I fully recognize that many if not all answers to the questions below are not as simple as “yes” or “no”. I welcome conversation around your experience taking the questionnaire, including emotions that come up. This is meant to be a used as guidelines rather than strict rules. You are welcome to adjust the fee given to how you understand your situation. I will not be asking for your answers or for explanations.
